today is a very special day. its the 2nd week of May which means its MOTHER'S DAY! :)
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL THE MUM'S OUT THERE!! <3 A relative of mine happened to have a few hours of transit over here and hence, my family and I went to meet up with him and his friend. We had a simple 'lunch' at killiney. However, I find that their laksa is not really up to my standard and that it is extremely oily. My mum thought that their toast would be like what ya kun serve, however to our dismay its just normal toasted bread. :S All that I liked was their tea. Its is quite nice. Not too sweet, just right. After a long chat session, we finally left for the departure hall and bidded goodbye. Time past so quickly today. After bidding goodbye, I suggested to go to Swensen's for ice cream as I had always wanted to head there. Luckily, the queue wasnt long, we were 2nd in the queue. We ordered cheese sticks, mussells and earthquake :D:D:D The food took ultra long to come... The cheese sticks were not even warm. The mussells are SO OILY! the ice cream came and the dry ice did not even have smoke coming out.. the whip cream have been torn apart. HAHA! I've no comments on these man.. Its really thumbs down.
OFF WE WENT HOME!!!
I drove my parents home. I think as from my memory, changi airport is the furthest place I've drove home from. It was not as hard as I thought. The traffic was pretty much okay, just that some drivers without p plates are driving so slowly that I had no choice but to keep changing lane. -.- I can't understand why is it that almost every other time that I drive, it always happen to rain.. :S EVEN ON MY DRIVING TEST! HAHA! Next time when the weather is hot, maybe I should drive to somewhere so that it will start raining and cool the place :D
Tomorrow is the start of a brand new week. 2 more weeks till the end of this job. Not that this job is ending, but I cannot stand the environment there. Okay its just 2 more weeks, I'll try to tolerate. :D
Alrighty, off to watch PANDAMEN.
By the way, if you have not catch IP MAN 2, DO WATCH IT! BUT you must watch IP MAN first!
